What is MKMX?
MKMX creates digital tools for video editors, including effects, transitions and presets. Each product is sold separately and may have different contents, compatibility requirements and required software.
What will I receive?
You’ll receive the digital files listed on the product page, together with any included installation instructions and license information. MKMX products are digital downloads—no physical item will be shipped.
How will I receive my download?
After your payment has been confirmed, a download link will be sent to the email address used during checkout. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder before contacting support.
Which software versions are supported?
Supported software and version information are listed separately on each product page. Versions that aren’t listed might still work, but compatibility isn’t guaranteed unless stated.
Always check the product requirements before purchasing.
Do I need third-party plug-ins?
Some MKMX products require third-party plug-ins, while others might not. Exact requirements are displayed on each individual product page.
Adobe software and third-party plug-in licenses are not included with your purchase.
Are installation instructions included?
Installation or usage instructions are included when required. Follow the guide supplied with your download and check that your software and required plug-ins are installed correctly.
Can I use MKMX products for commercial work?
Yes. A single purchaser may use the rendered results in unlimited personal and commercial end projects, including client work, music videos, advertisements, social media content and promotional videos.
Finished rendered work may be delivered to clients.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. MKMX products are licensed to one purchaser.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense or upload the original editable files to shared drives, marketplaces, asset libraries or other distribution platforms. You also may not include them in another editable product or template.
Can I use my purchase on multiple devices?
Yes. You may install and use the files on multiple devices that you personally use. The files may not be shared with another editor or team member.
What should I do if something doesn’t work?
First, confirm that your software version and all required third-party plug-ins match the requirements shown on the product page.
If the issue continues, contact us through the Contact page and include:
- The exact product name
- Your operating system
- Your software version
- Your plug-in versions, when applicable
- A screenshot or screen recording of the issue
We can only provide support for properly licensed software and plug-ins.
What is the refund policy?
Please review the product contents, compatibility information and plug-in requirements before purchasing.
Because MKMX products are digital downloads, refund and withdrawal requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. If a download is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed, contact us so we can investigate the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
